I was in the parking lot of the Berlin Walmart when I discovered my boss's vehicle would not "turn over". I was parked literally a few cars away from a Racetrack Tow Truck. I put up the hood, and the Racetrack Auto employee approached me (without my solicitation), asking if I needed help. I believe his shirt said, "Owen". I explained that my battery's terminals appeared corroded, and may not be pulling enough power. He sprayed some water on the battery terminals, blew the water off, and then used a jumper to jump my car and it eventually worked! He also recommended that I check with a local auto parts shop where I could get my battery and alternator checked for free, which I did (turns out that both the battery and alternator are fine; I assume that the corrosion on battery terminal and connectors were preventing the flow of electricity). I am so grateful that this employee helped me. I feel like it was God's provision. Racetrack apparently hires and/or contracts with great people. Thank you!!!

My lug nuts snapped in Berlin, MD on a trip from Long Island NY. Roadside assistance sent a Racetrack Auto tow truck. First, I cannot say enough positive about the driver. He was kind, reassuring, knowledgeable, and prompt. I should also mention that this was during the beginning of a tropical storm. He was able to hook my car up to the truck without further damaging my rim, or the wheel of my car. He also didn’t leave me stranded on the side of the road, and made sure I had a safe hotel to stay in for the night. The car was brought to Racetrack Auto on 589. The next morning when I called, the woman I spoke to was absolutely lovely. Although they weren’t able to promise my car would be fixed that day, they allowed me to leave the car for the weekend so that I could still go to my girls weekend in Virginia Beach. They called and said it was done, the price was more than fair and the car drives great. Thank you so so much!!!
